How Our GPO Works

Easy To Use Request For Proposal/Quote (RFP) System

Email your RFP to contact@llgpo.com
The Online Request For Proposal (RFP) method works:
1 Fill out a request for proposal/price form online – your RFP will be assigned a number. An email confirmation will be sent.
2 A Quotation for RFP referencing your RFP number will be completed ASAP. A notification email will be sent to you and available online in your Member Portal. This Quotation for RFP will show costs of goods and Group transactions fees.
3 Submit an order form online or upload a Company purchase order with the RFP Number referenced.
Both the RFP and the Quotation for RFP will be available for viewing in the Member Portal RFP Activity Center. Your Purchase order for the RFP will also be online in the Member Portal.
All information about your membership is kept STRICKLY CONFIDENTIAL. No information regarding RFP, what is quoted or purchased is ever shared.

Stock barcode labels are available for same day shipping from several locations in the USA at lowest tier pricing regardless of the quantity you purchase. Delivery times for labels are 1 to 2 days in the lower US 48. Free label samples are available for testing via request. We also work with major label manufacturers in China and South East Asia. Custom barcode labels are available.
For Barcode Printers, parts and peripherals: Most popular printer models and parts are stocked and ship same day from 3 locations nationwide. For less common printers and parts, lead-times can be 1 week to 3 weeks.

Information
How the Group Makes Money
The Group’s cost of a product plus a 2.00% to 12.00% transaction fee will be charged. This fee will depend on the popularity and availability of the product, and also the quantity of a specific product the group buys.

Payment
All payments for orders are in advance – net 7. Payments by Credit Card will incur a 3% fee. If a net 30 account is required, an additional 2% fee is applied.
Freight
Freight is pre-paid. All freight is on third party account or the members UPS, FedEx or other carriers account.
Transparency
We show you our costs of the product you are ordering in the Quotation for RFP. We show you how much the group is making for the transaction. We are transparent. We are your companies professional buying office. The Group is also balanced, in that if a member buys in larger quantities, the lower transaction fees we are able to save are passed onto that member
Member requirements
Must be a third partly logistics company with a physical warehouse.
