Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS By joining this Group Purchasing Organization, it is hereby agreed that the undersigned does guarantee to Label Logistic Group Inc the prompt, punctual, and full payment of all monies as may now or hereafter be due to LLG from the Member as per agreement.

WARRANTIESA. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer of the Products. The GPO makes makes no warranties, express or implied, whatsoever.

B. The member buying the product specifically agrees that the GPO will not be liable under any circumstances to the buyer for economic, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits and any other loss caused by a defect or non-conformity in any of the products bought on behalf of the member buyer.

RETURNSWhen returning Products, Buyer must follow the procedure set forth specifically for that product as the GPO follows the policies of the entity the product was bought from. Separate and apart from the Return Policy, no returns will be allowed without an RMA number.

LIABILITY/INDEMNITYMember Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the GPO free and harmless at all times from and against any and all claims and liabilities (including attorney’s fees) arising from Member Buyer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.
